A & A is a registered non-profit association founded in 1992 in New Jersey for the purpose of promoting the excellence of independent and professional nursing practices. We are currently the only non-profit nursing association registry operating in northern New Jersey. By operating without a middleman or through an agency, savings to our clients can be as high as 30% over agency fees. Our membership is open to professional registered nurses (RN's) licensed in the state of New Jersey.

Our commitment to our community is important to us. We have been actively involved in all facets of patient care, from lobbying the senate for an amendment to the New Jersey Bill of Rights, to providing education sessions to mothers in need, helping with senior citizens groups and supporting a number of local charities. We also provide scholarship assistance to nursing students in local community and state colleges and to member nurses pursuing graduate degrees in nursing.
